And lo the end is nigh (part III)

So, while reading everyone else's blogs, I decided that everyone else leads much more exciting lives than I do.

I tend to spend my days at home reading, writing, (no arithmetic, if you please) and otherwise thinking of topics which may incite the mind to wonder.

then I go and read how someone else's day went, and my head hangs in shame.

I think to myself, why, if others go out and lead exciting lives, well then, why not I?

I could roam the streets and meet new people.
I could drive out to the ice caves with some friends and have fun slipping down the now thoroughly slippery flooring.
I could build a snowman, woman, dragon or what have you right out on my apartments front yard.
I could...

Then I open the door.
My glasses fog up.
My body begins to shiver uncontrollably.
I can feel an icicle forming beneath my nose.

Then the door closes, and I return to my spot beneath my covers to begin writing once more.

in other  news, while reading my morning news channels, I spotted two grammar errors.

Sister Armstrong, I blame you.
thanks :)
