Today in class we discussed just how a person is supposed to write a chronological article.

Now, while this may simply be my opinion, I'd have thought that writing something chronological was more or less self-explanatory.

I admit, the teacher brings up some good points. For instance, leading with a hook, rather than simply starting where it all began, is still a good idea. She even drew, what seems to be a lopsided hourglass, representing just where the writer is supposed to place the important elements of the story in regards to the lead, as opposed to the chronological side.

In other news, I still haven't finished my article on the City Council/Other City Business meeting.
I expect to be finished with my first draft tonight. I can only hope that the meeting today has less than five main articles to cover, otherwise this may become more convoluted than I am prepared to handle.
